The bed was comfy, I had a good night's sleep. the room was large and quiet. the breakfast was above average with plenty of choices. Check-in was smooth and I was able to check out late. the staff were efficient and helped with free parking.

All in all the hotel quality is just ok... Not so great and not so bad.

Water from sink & bathtub have some unpleasant smell, yellow in colour (rusty like) for quite sometime. shower holder also broken.

Had a room with a bathtub, which was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day 🛁. the room itself had a pleasant design that I quite liked.

Roudghly, the hotel are comfortable for family,couple & business stay. The scenery are so relaxing..Much facilities especially for organizing company annual dinner.

The air-conditioning temperature are too slow. Furthermore, can't be adjust as already centralised. Kindly adjust them to ensure customer's convenience. We kept on waiting the technician to come over to have a look the matter but unfortunately they didn't coming.

The breakfast was above average and satisfactory and there was good choice of food to choose from. Location: the hotel was near to Melaka zoo, butterfly farm, crocodile farm and others, and the water park.

our rooms were not ready when we checked in at 2pm. Air conditioning was poor and the rooms had stale air. There was no entertainment at all as the lounge was not operational. There was no beer, wine or liquor. The staff could hardly comprehend in English.

The venue is clean and well-lit, and overall, my experience here was really good.

Very big swimming pool and nice convience store available.Nice and beautiful area.Quite close to North/South Ekspressway, Taman Mini Malaysia,Zoo Melaka and Taman Botanical (by car).

The airconditioning system quite warm in room and could not find way to use wheelchair to excess swimming pool area.
